What FLOW does, how to start and what stays in your hands.
Do I have to pay straight away?
No. The basic overview is free and needs no payment card. You choose a detailed report or subscription separately.
Will FLOW cancel subscriptions for me?
FLOW helps prepare the documents and cancellation notice. You review and send them to the provider. FLOW does not send cancellation notices automatically.
Can FLOW move or invest my money?
No. FLOW helps you understand your finances and plan. You make transfers and investment decisions yourself. Models do not guarantee savings or returns.
Does it work with my bank?
It depends on the export format. Supported structured formats include CSV, OFX/QFX, MT940 and CAMT.053. PDFs or photos may need optional AI reading. You can check compatibility when uploading.
What is the difference between the preview and my report?
The figures on this page are illustrative. Your report is based on the data you provide. Results depend on data quality, coverage and the information you add.
Can I delete my data?
In settings, you can clear imported financial data or delete your account after confirming your password. Clearing data keeps your settings and learned categories. Some audit and anonymised records are retained under the privacy policy.
Do I have to start with a statement?
A statement is the quickest way to get initial findings from your payments. In your account, you can manually add income, balances, liabilities and goals. Profile setup also asks about your household and income stability. Without transaction history, recurring payments and duplicates cannot be identified reliably.
