Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of VESTELON FLOW (the “Service”), a personal finance tool that reads a bank statement you upload and shows you where your money goes. By using the Service or buying a report, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who provides the Service
The Service is operated by Harbor Equity a.s., registered in the Czech commercial register under IČO 21989249, with its registered seat at Dlouhá 730/35, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic, in the European Union (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@vestelonflow.com.
2. What the Service does, and does not do
FLOW analyses the transaction lines from a bank statement you provide and produces an informational report: recurring charges, possible waste, fees, and an illustrative forecast. The forecast and any projected figures are illustrative examples, not promises of future results.
FLOW is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we are not a bank, a licensed adviser or a regulated financial institution. You are responsible for your own financial decisions. For regulated advice, consult a qualified professional.
3. Early access
Parts of the Service are still rolling out. Some features described on the site may be marked as upcoming or be offered to early members first. We will be clear about what is live and what is coming, and we do not charge for features that do not exist.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide a statement you have the right to upload, and redact anything you do not wish to share.
- Use the Service for your own personal finances, lawfully, and not to harm the Service or other people.
- Keep any account credentials secure and accurate.
5. Payment, plans and refunds
Your first leak reveal is free. Paid plans (a one-time detailed report, a monthly plan, or a founding lifetime option) are shown with their price before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
As this is a digital service delivered to you, you can ask for a refund of a paid report within 14 days if it did not work as described. Email hello@vestelonflow.com and a human will help. A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the paid period. Nothing is locked in.
6. Your data
How we handle your statement and personal data, including encryption, EU storage, retention and deletion, is described in our Privacy Policy and Security page. You can delete your uploaded files and reports at any time, including before you pay.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis while we are early. We may update, improve or change features, and we may update these terms; if we make a material change we will note it here with a new date.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the report. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory EU or Czech law, or our liability for things that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic and the European Union. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
